The institution was initiated by with the vision of imparting high quality education providing world class dental treatments to the rural population. The institution offers a Bachelor of Dental Surgery Course with an annual intake of 100 students. It is affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. Evidence based teaching, imparting practical and clinical skills in the curriculum makes Sri Balaji Dental College as centre for excellence in field of dentistry. Learning by Group discussions and Seminars interspersed with the conventional didactic lectures as meticulously designed by the DCI.
